Job Summary
Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in homes and facilities. Administer diagnostic tests, interpret results, and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. Develop and review plans of treatment, observe patient conditions, and report changes to supervisors and physicians. Provide instruction on alternative communication systems and counsel patients, families, and healthcare staff. Maintain documentation, submit written reports, and participate in care coordination and discharge planning. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional conduct standards. Requires current ASHA certification, six months of speech therapist experience, unrestricted license, and CPR certification. Pay per visit ranges from $49.29 to $67.82.

- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
- Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
