Home Health Speech Language Pathologist-PRN

Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in homes and facilities. Administer diagnostic tests, including audio logic screenings, and interpret results to treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. Develop, review, and submit written reports for plans of treatment, care coordination, and discharge planning. Observe and document patient condition changes and treatment responses for physicians and supervisors. Provide instruction to patients and families on alternative communication systems while maintaining strict confidentiality. Requires a current unrestricted license, six months of speech therapy experience, and CPR certification. Pay ranges from $54.00 to $76.00 per visit.
