Job Summary
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities, including evaluation and direct treatment of speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders; participate in development and review of Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care; administer and interpret diagnostic tests; observe and report patient changes; instruct patients and families on alternative communication systems; maintain documentation and participate in care coordination and discharge planning. Must hold current license, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation for home visits; compensation range reflects pay-per-visit/per-diem structure for part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
