Home Health Speech Language Pathologist-PRN

Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in the home or facility. Administer diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, including audio logic screening, while observing and recording changes in patient condition. Develop, review, and submit written reports for evaluations, visits, and care plans. Provide instruction to patients and families on alternative communication systems and participate in care coordination and discharge planning. Maintain strict confidentiality and submit all documentation per company policy. Requires current unrestricted license, six months experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $54.00 to $76.00 per visit or $59,300 to $80,900 annually. TB screening and driver safety program participation are mandatory.
