Home Health Speech Language Pathologist-PRN

As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) you will evaluate, direct and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in the home or facility, contribute to the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care, assess and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing and swallowing, administer diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, observe and report changes, provide instruction in alternative communication methods, counsel patients and families, and document thoroughly for care coordination and discharge planning. You will work with the care team to support rehabilitation and independence while maintaining professional standards of confidentiality. Required qualifications include at least six months of SLP experience, an active license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include Home Health experience. Salary range reflected for full-time equivalence in posting, with pay ranging per visit at $54.00–$76.00 and annual base range approximately $59,300–$80,900; actual pay varies by geographic location and qualifications.
