Home Health Speech Language Pathologist-PRN

Home Health Speech Language Pathologist delivering patient-centered SLP services in home or facility settings, including evaluation and ongoing development/review of Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care, administration and interpretation of diagnostic tests and therapeutic applications for speech, voice, language, hearing and swallowing disorders, documentation and reporting, patient and family education, care coordination and discharge planning. Requires minimum six months of experience as a speech-language pathologist, current license, CPR, and valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Pay per visit/unit rate in the range of $54.00 - $76.00, with annual compensation ranges from $85,400 to $117,500 for full-time equivalence; benefits include standard Humana/CenterWell offerings. TB screening and driver-safety program participation are required.
