Job Summary
Provide in-home speech-language pathology services to patients, evaluate and treat disorders of speech, language, voice, and swallowing in the home or facility, participate in development and review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care, administer and interpret diagnostic tests, observe and report changes, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough documentation. Requires a license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation; 6 months of experience preferred; base pay annual range $85,400–$117,500 with full-time 40 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
