Job Summary
Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in homes or facilities. Administer diagnostic tests and interpret results to prevent and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. Participate in developing and reviewing Plans of Treatment and Care, while observing and reporting patient condition changes to supervisors and physicians. Provide instruction on alternative communication systems and counsel patients, families, and healthcare staff. Maintain documentation, submit written reports, and engage in care coordination and discharge planning. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information. Requires current unrestricted license, six months experience, and valid driver's license with auto insurance. Pay range $85,400 - $117,500 annually.

- Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- Current and unrestricted license
