Job Summary
Conduct home visits to adult and geriatric clients in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South Boston, and Dorchester to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. Develop and continuously revise treatment plans based on physician orders, then educate patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote independent living. Accurately document all observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. Requires a current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license and one year of experience.
