Job Summary
Deliver skilled, patient-centered speech therapy in home health settings by performing comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions. Develop individualized treatment plans to support patient safety and independence while educating caregivers on therapeutic exercises. Work independently within an assigned territory, ensuring thorough EMR documentation and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires one year of clinical experience, an active SLP license, and a current driver's license to travel to patient locations. This role offers a $5,000 first-year success bonus and 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist, SLP license in the state you work
- One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current driver's license
- Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
