Job Summary
Deliver skilled, patient-centered speech therapy in home settings by performing comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions. Develop individualized treatment plans to support patient safety and independence, while educating caregivers on therapeutic exercises. Think critically to solve real-time problems and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently within an assigned territory, traveling to patient homes with a focus on driving approximately 20% of the day. Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist, SLP license in the state you work
- One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current driver's license
- Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Ability to legally work in the United States
