Job Summary
Deliver skilled, patient-centered speech and language therapy to home health patients in the Lancaster, PA area, performing comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions. Develop individualized treatment plans to support patient independence and quality of life while educating caregivers on therapeutic exercises. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, think critically to solve real-time problems, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently within an assigned territory, traveling to patient locations while maintaining a current driver's license. This part-time role offers a $5,000 first-year success bonus and requires one year of SLP experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist, SLP license in the state you work
- One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
- Current driver's license
- Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Ability to legally work in the United States
