Home Health SLP - Kinston, NC

Conduct evaluations and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing to prevent, identify, and minimize their effects. Administer diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments including audio logic screening, then submit evaluation reports, treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge summaries to supervisors and care management staff. Participate in care coordination and discharge planning while providing instruction on alternative communication systems and counseling to patients, families, and healthcare staff. Requires an unrestricted NC SLP license, valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Full-time 40-hour schedule with pay ranging from $77,200 to $106,200 annually.
