Job Summary
Home Health Scheduler / Healthcare Recruiter role responsible for coordinating LVN/RN schedules, filling open shifts, and recruiting/nurturing nurses for pediatric private duty nursing. The position entails managing call-outs, maintaining an active candidate pipeline, conducting phone interviews, onboarding new hires, and ensuring fully staffed patient cases. Requires 1+ year scheduling or recruiting experience in home health or healthcare, strong communication, organization, multitasking abilities, and computer proficiency. Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call rotation; located at Windcrest, TX. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year home health scheduling OR healthcare recruiting experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience working with LVNs and RNs preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency required
