Job Summary
Drive sales and develop relationships with key accounts to grow the home health client base in the Dallas, TX area; generate referrals and coordinate with intake/office teams. Build and nurture relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, SNFs, and other healthcare settings; develop a workable sales plan with targets and tactics; utilize market data to aid growth; attend community and networking events; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency; travel locally and maintain a flexible schedule; provide counsel on community needs and program development; collaborate with administrative and supervisory staff to support new programs and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred
