Job Summary
Sales Associate supporting BAYADA Home Health Care's Home Health Sales team. Responsibilities include processing referrals from various referral sources throughout PA/DE, partnering with the sales team to build relationships with referral sources, physicians and healthcare professionals, reviewing and coordinating documentation to transition or initiate care, coordinating with the service office to set up services, collaborating with Transitional Care Manager and Marketing Manager on key accounts, and participating in weekly sales meetings. The role emphasizes demonstrating BAYADA's core values, effective communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of taking on responsibility, with weekly pay at $24-$25/hour depending on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, home health care preferred
- Experience with health system / referral management / home health platforms a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Residence in PA or DE strongly preferred
