Join Aveanna’s Home Health team as a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized care for patients in a 30-mile radius from Rochester. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in state of residence
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license

- At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health (OASIS), med surge, ER or HHH
