Assess, teach, and deliver occupational therapy interventions directed by the physician to optimize patient well-being. Perform initial and ongoing assessments of mobility, coordination, strength, and functional levels while administering tests to determine goals and outcomes. Provide written evaluations and plans of care, modify treatment as needed, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and families. Maintain accurate documentation to prevent denials, supervise other personnel, and coordinate discharge planning including home exercise education. Work Mon-Fri days in the Viroqua, Westby, and Coon Valley territories with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
