Job Summary
Assess patients' mobility, coordination, and strength to establish functional goals while delivering occupational therapy interventions per physician orders. Perform initial and ongoing assessments, administer tests, and provide written evaluations defining needs, progress, and outcomes. Maintain care plans through timely documentation, modify treatments as needed, and coordinate discharge planning with families and the healthcare team. Supervise other personnel and complete OASIS assessments where applicable. Requires current state license, degree, and CPR certification. Full-time Mon-Fri schedule with no weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program
- Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR
