Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) in Home Health, salaried, Monday–Friday visits in Cobb and Douglas Counties. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing assessments of mobility, coordination, strength, and function; development of written evaluation and plan of care; delivery of OT services per physician orders; timely documentation; discharge planning and patient/family education on home exercise plans; coordination with healthcare team; OASIS completion where allowed by state regulations; supervision of OTA/HHA as applicable; and maintaining effective communication with staff and family.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program
- Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR
