Job Summary
Home Health Aide providing one-on-one patient care in patients’ homes. You will assist with daily activities, change linens, help with personal care, maintain records, build relationships with patients, administer medications and immunizations, and engage patients in exercises or activities. Requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, one year of professional experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
