Job Summary
Monitor and assess company electronic medical records (EMR) workflows and assist with the intake process and admission decisions. Facilitate virtual training for newly hired, rehired, or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses. Serve as interim Clinical Manager when the position is vacant and act as a mentor for new Clinical Managers. Provide clinical support in Northern Minnesota branch locations while traveling by car between regional offices. Requires an active Registered Nurse license, three years of recent home health clinical experience, and expertise with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Oasis EMR systems. Full-time role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license in the state of residence
- Expertise and experience with the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
- Three (3) years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience
- Valid and acceptable driver's license with proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Travel by car between regional offices
- Required vaccinations and testing
