Job Summary
RN with home health experience to provide interim clinical leadership across Florida locations; hybrid role with in-office training and clinical support; travel weekly to Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples, Miami, Stuart, Fort Lauderdale, and Port Charlotte; responsibilities include monitoring EMR workflows (Homecare Homebase, HCHB), supporting intake/admissions, facilitating virtual trainings for newly hired/rehired/promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses, serving as interim Clinical Manager when position is vacant, and mentoring new Clinical Managers; requires active Florida RN license, HCHB and Oasis experience, 3 years of clinical experience in home health, valid driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance, and travel by car between regional offices; complies with health-related requirements for vaccination/testing as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license in the state of residence
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system expertise
- Three (3) years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience is required
- Valid and acceptable driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Travel by car between regional offices will be required
