Job Summary
Lead the Transplant RN unit by directing professional nursing care, coaching staff on service excellence, and implementing quality improvement initiatives based on QAPI team metrics. Collaborate with the Manager of Clinic Operations to oversee care delivery systems, develop performance expectations, and work with physician leaders to enhance overall care quality. Provide input for staff evaluations and model constructive communication while actively managing the transplant process. Maintain a Washington Registered Nurse license and two years of recent clinical experience in a related nursing area. Full-time day shift at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 2 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
