Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and deliver individualized, one-on-one nursing care promoting patient recovery and safety. Provide skilled interventions including wound care, infusions, and medication management while educating caregivers on daily care. Monitor patient progress, communicate with physicians to adjust plans, and coordinate continuity across providers. Complete timely documentation reflecting the full clinical picture to support quality and compliance. Requires active RN license with one year of experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Part-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits including tuition reimbursement and CEUs.
Required Qualifications
