Home Health RN PRN

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct clinical interventions including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy. Educate patients and families on self-care techniques, collaborate with physicians and therapists for coordinated care, and maintain accurate documentation of all patient progress. Adhere strictly to HIPAA and Medicare regulatory standards. Requires current Florida RN licensure, minimum one year of hospital or skilled nursing facility experience, and reliable transportation.
