Job Summary
1:1 pediatric home health nursing for a single child in the home setting, providing care for a 12-year-old with g-tube and additional medical needs. RN or LPN license required with training provided; no prior pediatric experience required. Responsibilities include ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with flexible scheduling, support from a 24/7 team, and a focus on meaningful, one-on-one clinical support in the child’s home.
