Job Summary
Perform assessments on patients and residents, then develop and implement individualized plans of care tailored to physical, cultural, and psychosocial needs. Evaluate responses to medications and educate patients, families, and caregivers on care requirements while documenting all interactions per policy. Supervise LPN and CNA competency, delegate tasks based on licensure levels, and collaborate with discharge planners to ensure safe transitions. Maintain resident safety and communicate status updates to physicians. Promote Benedictine Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice in daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, which must be in good standing
- BLS certified
