Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while directing home care services for individuals and families in Indianapolis suburbs including Westfield, Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, and Zionsville. Build community resources to meet client needs through the nursing process, emphasizing community health education and experience. Requires RN licensure, one year of home health care experience, and one-year supervisory experience with direct care staff. Perform prolonged walking, standing, and patient transfers with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Work Monday through Friday shifts with nights free, earning competitive wages, mileage reimbursement, and access to Relias training, paid CEUs, and telehealth services.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN licensure in the state in which services will be provided
- Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills
- Able to lift, position or transfer patients
- Able to lift supplies and equipment
- Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling or crouching
- Excellent observation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Basic math skills

- Prolonged or considerable walking or standing
Desired Qualifications
