Job Summary
Provide patient assessments and monitor health status while using AI-powered tools to streamline clinical documentation for vitals, pain levels, and care plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and care protocols. Focus on hands-on, compassionate care to reduce documentation burden and improve work-life balance. Requires an active California RN license, BLS certification, and one year of nursing practice. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Exposure to bodily fluids and infectious diseases is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
- One (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment
- Current CPR certification
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
Desired Qualifications
- Home Health field experience
- IV and Central Line experience
- Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices
