Job Summary
Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting by performing patient assessments, managing medications, and creating care plans. Work independently within your assigned territory to travel to patient homes, utilizing your current driver's license to spend approximately 20% of your day driving. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
- One year of RN experience
- Current driver's license
- Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
