Home Health RN demand in the Kansas City, MO area for Residential Home Health and Hospice. The RN case manager leads and collaborates to manage and deliver patient care plans in a team-based home health setting. Requires RN license in KS/MO or a multistate license, and at least 1 year of RN experience.
