Job Summary

Direct clinical activities of assigned clinicians at a company location by planning services, conferring with employees, and delegating tasks including case assignment, visit scheduling, and medical supply ordering. Manage daily branch operations to ensure quality-assured, compliant care while mentoring staff, overseeing recruitment and training, and holding personnel accountable for performance goals. Provide clinical oversight, education, and orientation to licensed clinicians and office personnel, leading multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences to coordinate care needs between clinicians and the office. Monitor client care data to implement continuous improvement processes and provide oversight on communicable disease management. Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to resolve staffing issues and ensure policy adherence.

Required Qualifications

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota
License must not have been revoked, suspended, and without limitations or restrictions
Proof of negative TB testing: mantoux skin test, single TB blood test or chest x-ray
Access to a dependable automobile in order to travel to multiple company business stops a day
A valid driver's license
Proof of current car insurance when using a personal vehicle for company business
U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit
Have at least two (2) years' experience in a health care facility or home care field
Demonstrates critical thinking skills, the ability to follow standards and procedures, and make appropriate clinical judgments to provide safe and effective client care
Ability to work independently adapt to change, and manage a variety of assignments while establishing priorities and ensuring the necessary duties are completed
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Interpersonal communication and teaching skills
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn new software programs
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Current CPR certification
