Home Health RN Clinical Manager Full Time 5K Sign on Bonus

Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, and employees consistent with agency policy and regional directives. Provide supervision for all clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients, including orientation, preceptorship, and annual evaluations. Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and investigate client/consumer complaints. Assist with operational and financial management, oversee case management for financial soundness, and manage caseloads as needed. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and licensing guidelines.
