Job Summary
Oversee clinical staff and manage case management to ensure services meet licensing guidelines and professional standards. Conduct regular client home visits to verify care quality and perform annual employee evaluations for RN, LPN, and CNA teams. Investigate client complaints, assist with operational and financial management, and support recruiting and training initiatives for clinical personnel. Manage caseloads as needed while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations through policy administration. This salaried role includes a 10% bonus opportunity and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- basic understanding of OASIS
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing
