Job Summary
Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and manage caseloads to ensure services are delivered according to licensing guidelines and agency policies. Plan, develop, and oversee clinical programs while conducting regular client home visits to verify quality of care and compliance with federal/state regulations. Investigate client complaints, assist with operational and financial management, and lead recruiting, hiring, and training initiatives. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and ensure staff competence through orientation and preceptorship. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and 3+ years of healthcare experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing background. Full-time role includes a 10K sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits like 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Active CPR certification per agency policy
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- Basic understanding of OASIS
- Required vaccinations and testing (subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons)
