Home Health RN Clinical Manager Full Time 10K Sign on Bonus

Manage clinical programs, services, and employees consistent with agency policy and regional directives. Provide supervision for all clinical staff working with high acuity clients, including orientation, preceptorship, and annual evaluations of RN/LPN/CNA personnel. Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and investigate client/consumer complaints. Assist with operational and financial management, oversee case management for financial soundness, and participate in recruiting, hiring, and training needs identification. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and 3+ years of healthcare experience with a preference for home health background.
