Job Summary
Manage clinical programs and supervise all staff (RN/LPN/CNA) for high acuity home health clients, ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and agency policies. Conduct regular client home visits to verify care quality and oversee case management for financial soundness. Investigate client complaints, participate in recruiting and training needs identification, and perform annual employee evaluations. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities while assisting with agency growth and operational oversight. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, 3+ years RN experience, and Medicare Skilled Nursing background.
Required Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Active CPR certification
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- Basic understanding of OASIS
- Home health experience (within 3+ years RN experience)
