Job Summary
Direct and coordinate clinical operations while ensuring the continuity, quality, and safety of patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations. Supervise, coach, and provide clinical direction to nursing and other clinical staff, ensuring services align with each patient's Plan of Care and that assessments are completed appropriately. Support the hiring, development, qualification, and assignment of clinical personnel while promoting agency policies and clinical standards. Monitor the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, identify areas for improvement, and promote compliance with Medicare and third-party payer requirements through education and oversight. Participate in Interdisciplinary Group activities, maintain effective communication with patients, families, and physicians, and meet all mandatory continuing education requirements. Requires an active Oklahoma RN license and minimum of two years of Home Health management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma
- Minimum of 2 years of Home Health management/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Home Health clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and standards of care
- Demonstrated experience supervising and providing clinical direction to healthcare staff
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Current CPR Certification
