Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Manage clinical programs, services, and employees for high medical acuity clients while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and agency policies. Supervise all clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, conduct annual evaluations, and perform regular home visits to verify quality of care. Assist with operational and financial management, oversee case management for financial soundness, and investigate client complaints. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical personnel. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities. This role includes a 10% incentive bonus program and requires Registered Nurse licensure with an Associate's degree.
