Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees consistent with company policy and regional directives. Provide supervision for all clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients, including orientation, preceptorship, and annual evaluations for RN/LPN/CNA teams. Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and compliance with federal/state regulations. Assist with agency growth, operational and financial management, and investigate client complaints. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities. Manage caseloads for client coverage and oversee case management to ensure financial soundness. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and an Associate's degree.
