Job Summary
Manage the clinical programs, services, and employees of the agency, providing supervision to all clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients. Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care, investigate and take appropriate actions on client complaints, and oversee case management to ensure services are financially sound. Supervise RN/LPN/CNA staff, perform annual employee evaluations, and assist with recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs while ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and agency policies. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and assist with operational and financial management. Requires Registered Nurse licensure and an associates degree; offers a 10% incentive bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
