Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Manage the clinical programs, services, and employees of the agency, providing supervision to all staff working with high medical acuity clients. Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care, investigate client complaints, and oversee case management to maintain financial soundness. Supervise RN, LPN, and CNA staff, including annual evaluations, while assisting with recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency policies. This role includes a 10% incentive bonus program.
