Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Manage clinical programs and supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) to ensure services meet licensing guidelines and professional standards. Conduct regular client home visits to verify quality of care and investigate client/consumer complaints. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training needs while overseeing case management for financial soundness. Perform annual employee evaluations and manage caseloads as needed for coverage. This role includes office duties for clinical workflow and field work as required. A 10% incentive bonus program is available.
