Job Summary
Manage clinical programs and supervise all RN, LPN, and CNA staff for high medical acuity clients, ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and agency policies. Conduct regular client home visits to verify quality of care, investigate consumer complaints, and oversee case management for financial soundness. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training needs identification while evaluating programs to identify improvement opportunities. This 80% office, 20% field role includes annual employee evaluations and compliance administration. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Must be available for 80% office and 20% field work
- Must comply with all health-related requirements including required vaccinations and testing
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
