Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees consistent with company policy and regional directives. Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), conduct annual evaluations, and perform regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and compliance with federal/state regulations. Assist with agency growth, operational and financial management, recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs. Investigate client complaints and evaluate programs to identify improvement opportunities. Manage caseloads for client coverage and oversee case management to ensure financial soundness. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and an Associate's degree; 3+ years of home health experience is preferred. Full-time role includes a 10% incentive bonus program.
