Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Plan, develop, and manage the clinical programs, services, activities, and employees of the agency consistent with company policy and regional management directives. Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), perform annual employee evaluations, and conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and compliance with federal/state regulations. Assist with the operational and financial management of the agency, including overseeing case management to ensure services are financially sound and investigating client/consumer complaints. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff while ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and professional medical standards. This role includes a 10% incentive bonus program and requires Registered Nurse licensure with an Associates degree.
