Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Manage clinical programs, services, and employees for high medical acuity clients under Branch Administrator guidance. Plan, develop, and oversee agency growth while serving as the clinical expert for operational and financial management. Investigate client complaints, participate in recruiting and hiring, and evaluate programs for improvement. Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and compliance with federal/state regulations. Supervise all clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, perform annual evaluations, and manage caseloads for client coverage. Ensure services align with licensing guidelines and agency policies. Requires RN licensure, active CPR, and an Associate's degree.
