Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Manage clinical programs and supervise all clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and professional standards. Conduct regular client home visits to verify quality of care and investigate client complaints. Oversee case management to maintain financial soundness while recruiting, hiring, and training clinical personnel. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Perform annual employee evaluations and act as the clinical expert for operational and financial oversight. Requires Registered Nurse licensure and an associate's degree; 3+ years of home health experience preferred. Full-time role with a 10% incentive bonus program.
