Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Manage clinical programs and supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) to ensure services meet licensing guidelines and professional medical standards. Conduct regular client home visits to verify care quality and investigate client complaints. Assist with operational and financial management by overseeing case management, recruiting clinical staff, and performing annual employee evaluations. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role includes a 10% incentive bonus program.
